Over 65 % of the “freestyle generation” say work and lifestyle pressures are making them unhappy and unhealthy. They yearn for a more active, healthy and meaningful life, whether it means going back to basics such as growing their own vegetables, starting up their own business or signing up as a volunteer for an African NGO.
