My wife and I are looking for like minded people to jointly buy Land (hopefully in the Oxfordshire area). We are currently looking at converted containers as the preferred type of accommodation. Quite like the idea of community funding an off the grid container village. We are going travelling from Mid Jan to Mid March. On our return we plan to get by living in alternative accommodations until we find : people, land and make a more permanent place to live.
Look forward to hearing from people with similar ideas and others who can advise too.

Hi Arjun,
Was wondering if you made any progress on getting off-grid in Oxfordshire?
It’s where we would like to be based off-grid so thought I’d see how you were getting on?
Best wishes,
Karan

Have you considered GUATEMALA? Sovereign land ownership, raise your own crops, tilapia ponds, free water, tax advantages.
