Secluded private yet not isolated 100 % off grid land. 20 acres of wood and open land, surrounded by much more forested land only 15mins from town. The closer you get to home the more the world disappears !

We are looking for others who are ready able and willing to literally start from the ground up.

Some of the things on our diy list   :)   Round wood building. Dab and wattle. Tiny house on wheels. Small trailer remodeling. …Wind turbines. Rocket mass heaters. ponds. Swales. Gardens. Orchards.  We are interested in those who choose elbow grease over debt and functional creativity/ problem solving with a passion for free sourcing. This is a place for calm happy  healthy doers !
