[before_listing id=423 images= youtube=null] I am originally from a small town in upstate NY and am currently living in New York City and going to school for Interior Architecture. I have a fascination with building spaces and atmospheres and am a very creative and artistic person. I’ve recently realized that I can no longer be apart of this capitalistic society and am looking for something greater than myself. I applied to The Earthship Academy but I was denied because I am not yet 21. I do not think I can stay in school anymore to wait around until I am 21 – it is beginning to drain me. This could be due to all the theoretical projects and lack of meaning and hands on experience. It is all very money based and I am far from that. I am a very hard worker and am willing to do what ever it takes to be able to live a self-sustainable life. Sense of community is important to me and I am looking for one where we can all work together to achieve something amazing. I do not know much about sustainable building, or growing (although I have worked on an organic farm once) – but I am really ready to learn! So if anyone needs an extra hand and is willing to work with an open minded, and creative person – I can help you out!

P.S. that’s me on the left – I know visuals help people out sometimes!
