I’m looking to go off grid but need land and a few good teachers to help me along the way. I’m very serious about learning the skills required to live independently and would appreciate if anyone is looking to teach me. Please message me if you would like to help or host. If you need me to pay/lease land than I would be more than happy to do so. Thank you and have a nice day.

We have 1 acre farms you could buy (yourself or split with someone else) and build a shelter on, however, you would need about $68,000 to buy the farm, and some money to build a shelter or small house on the property. An ongoing source of income would also be highly recommended since there are always unexpected costs, even if you are off grid. By the way, our farms are ready to move onto, and include water (private well as well as municipal), and electric, should you decide you want that. We are located in western Panama in the mountains, at an elevation where everything grows and there is no need for heating or cooling.

I have 2 parcels of property in New Mexico one is 24 acres the other is 27 acres, the were part of a planned subdivision that never came to light, They are on a maintained county road and power is available. I can provide more information to anyone interested. Also, Private seller, in case that is a concern.

    Warm Welcome from New Zealand.

We have a 550acre property in the heart of the Marlborough Sounds New Zealand in 2000. We run off our own micro hydro system, generating our own power, we plant/harvest our own gardens, have fresh drinking water, clean air, NZ Jungle, clear skies, fresh fishing and hunt for wild game….living close to nature only accessible by boat or small plane.

We have a big place with plenty of room for those with skills to contribute, good natures and have a love for back 2 basics living.
if this sounds like what you are looking for. Please get in touch via our website or email me at melissa@tira-ora-estate.com

I have to ask this question about all the interruptions from advertisements on your site. I enjoy listening to music and surf the net. A new trend of lately are these unwelcome ads that really interfere with listening to music. If these thing continue I will be forced to give up the net. If you have something to do with this I suggest you lose this quickly. It just doesn’t go with people wanting to live off-grid. Thank you

There is a female farmer with a large, hidden farm property in southcentral virginia…rough and tumble but will be perfect as the collapse intensifies…has been a going intentional community in the past, rebuilding the effort now…donkeys, rabbits, alittle poultry, small garden as of now since only a couple of communitarians there now…people drift away, get pregnant, addictions…looking for sane, safe, moral people to join in and circle the wagons, grow food, try and bypass the chaos.

Looking @ going off the grid in September 2016 – Have lived a very happy life in the U.K But I see the bigger picture and would like the chance to change my life. Very little opportunity here for land & it comes with a very big price tag. Would be willing to exchange manual labour or some kind of work trade. Very hard working and efficient but Ideally looking at being self sufficient & as eco friendly as possible.

I am well versed in off grid survival and educated in 18th century millwrighting and developing natural resources for renewable green energy sources. I am searching for remote vacant raw land that has abundant flowing water and wildlife.
