We are a small group (taking applications for more!) who are looking for land for a community or to contribute in setting up a community!
So humbled to see how many are persuing this life honestly warms my heart!! We are looking for like minds who are not happy following the mainstream or chasing the money trail and the current constraints of society.  We would rather put in some effort to help each other, go back to our roots and  live more sustainably.  We are not radical (LOL) just some easy going people (age 12-50) looking for a peaceful place to connect back to nature where we belong and to develop on our spiritual (not religious) path.  Also looking to grow some awesome food (most of us are vegan) and meet some great people.  The skills in our group are vast!  Permaculture, food forest, cooking, spiritual healers and mentors, hosting retreats/seminars, life coaching, some basic building/renovating skills and of course general labour to name a few!  We all currently have our own RV’s and like to travel.
We would be open to different opportunities for sharing land, helping to set up a community or assisting someone who is going off grid, or joining an existing community.  Willing to explore all options so send me a message to let me know what you got if nothing else perhaps make a new friend and let’s keep building a better life for all <3 email connectionscommunity@protonmail.com

We already have 60 acres on a river with 2 creeks a spring and a pond. Also have a bandsawmill I’m using to cut lumber from the property. I have a lot of the things needed to be all set up ,solar ,stove, etc,.but am looking for a partner to help finance building the Home and other structures like green house and polebarn.I have quite a bit invested already but I don’t want to borrow any with what’s happening now. Our place is in Southern Oregon .If you think you might be interested email us. Dan

    Hello, fairy people,
I’m in Southern California, contemplating to buy an undeveloped land in Klamath River region. I’m Russian immigrant of many years, have two almost-grown sons, I’m a doctor and writer and I had dreams about living off grid for a while but don’t have a clue where to start.. I guess my question is – say, I do buy that land, what do I do next? where do I find people who would want to join me and do the hard work of establishing community? Thanks in advance!

We ready have 60 acres on a river in southern Oregon. Sold out last spring and moved onto the property. We installed the septic this summer . Was going to do it all
On our own but a surgery and other medical issues have made me consider doing it as a joint effort. Im headed back up in 3 weeks to start milling lumber onsite for the structures. Hooking up the solar and a multitude of other projects. Did I mention the property has a large pond ,a spring , and a couple of creeks? Two RVs and a 40 ft semi onsite as well as stoves wind generators solar panels etc. Also quite a bit of standing timber for milling and building. We have quite a bit Invested but with what is going on I don’t want to borrow against my income. Shot me an email if this sounds interesting.
