Hello lovely group members and what a wonderful day!

If anyone is looking to invest in a perma+steading community, please read more below:

We are located outside of Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada.

The Land is 12 acres backing onto a vast Greenbelt wetlands mountain range with excellent sun exposure, established Earthworked water harvesting systems, sustainable wood lot, garden forest, chickens, dogs, work shop with tools, bicycles, part vehicles, title house {480 sq. ft.}, 3 tiny homes {2 @ 132 sq. ft., nearing completion}, wall tent {96 sq. feet}, community camper kitchen, RAM Earth foundation for Yurt studio {nearing completion} and space available for RAM Earth {RAM-A-DIRT & Northern Nightfyre designs} and/or other designs for Earth-Sense homes.

The title house and work shop are completely power independent via solar passive energy, DC battery banks and back up generators.  Internet available at the title house.  Lots of space for campers and temporary/permanent lodgings.

Application preference given to folks/families that have direct experience with Homesteading and power independent living already.  Though very physically fit, mentally/emotionally mature, with good old fashioned values and work ethics people/families may also apply.
