Jen That’s amazing! I’m glad it didn’t slow your cat down, I’ll ask the vet his opinion about the whole thing, then I’ll probably go by what Pekoe is able to do. She is already doing so much better on the antibiotics, she is much more playful.

now that his mouth healed, Rocky, our maine coon cat, rips right through his kibbies, only took a couple of weeks while the gums toughen up. You would never know he didnt have back teeth. He gets a bit of can food as well. He also weighs 17lbs. Not much gets between him and his chow!:)

Thanks Jen, I had no idea what breed the first one was, but I do know about the second 2, I’m glad you got some enjoyment out of the pix! :)
I assume your cat had to go on a soft food diet after that…
Glad you enjoy the blog.

Thanks Rook, Pekoe is doing just fine, I’ve been giving her a liquid antibiotic 2x a day, she tolerates it ok, doesn’t really like it. I think I can see some improvement already, her mouth looks less swollen.

Those were really cute. I have a 11 year old weimeraner so the first was my favorite. I hope things go great with Pekoe. We have a 16 year old maine coon cat who had all but his canines removed and he is eating and feeling much better! Love your blog
