Will the use of renewable energy, especially wind and solar, be expanded by the introduction of homesites that offer residents the option of utilizing wind and solar power as their primary source of energy while selling the excess power they generate to the grid? As energy prices rise, the resident saves more on energy used and makes more profit on excess energy sold to the grid. Will more people be attracted to go green now that this option exists?
