    Hi everyone!

I have a plan to go off the grid in the future and one of the first places I looked for land was on land watch.com And the first thing I saw was that land in my native country Dominican Republic is extremely cheap. I am lucky that I still speak perfect Spanish and I can literally move there anytime I want.

I am thinking land close to a lot of coconut palms as coconut is my favorite food on earth and maybe close to the beach even.

However I am also thinking off being part of a community so my options are everywhere right now. Please comment and leave your thoughts and opinions.

Are you still thinking about going or investing over there?
