One person living in a wooden house makes little difference to the environment but if lots of people in traditional homes used a little solar/wind power it would make a big difference.

    What do you reckon ?

How about a % discount on council tax bills for people who are ‘a little bit off grid’ to encourage such things :)

We need to eliminate rules that promote non-greenness, increase places that allow alternate power sources, which can be used as a backup/additional source and which could be sold into when extra alternate powere is generated by alternative sources. I yearn for a community that makes sense.
