Is anyone prepared to share any information about how to deal with Council planning officers.I need to be more informed to prepare for my next encounter.

I,m not 100% sure about this because I have not had time to check my friends info, but I,ve been told that legaly, if you register anything, you give up ownership of whatever you register to whomever you register it to. So if you unregister your land and have it recorded instead, then planning cannot oficialy get involved. They wont like it though.
