There are two ways to merge PST files:-
    1- Manual Method
    2- PST Merge tool

The manual method involves creating a new data file and exporting mailboxes data into the newly generated file. It can users a lot of inconveniences and hence deemed as rather hard to apply. Also if not applied correctly could lead to data destruction or loss. Since the information stored in a PST file is so crucial to Outlook users, they are better off using a PST Merge tool. It is a software application that works like a wonder as it merges PST files automatically in almost no time.

To witness the tool, you can use the trial variant, which is completely free of cost, here:-

A manual approach is plausible if the amount of PST files to merge is small. If you have a lot of PST files, it is preferable to use a professional tool, a software that can merge PST files without any data loss.
