I live in New Jersey. I want to live off the grid and learn what I need to do to enjoy living sustainably and doing no damage to the earth. Anybody that can reach out to me and help each other in doing this would be awesome.

Your comment “I live in New Jersey. I want to live off the grid and learn what I need to do to enjoy living sustainability and doing no damage to the earth. On raw land with nothing set up….. in the first week you must get your shelter for security, shade, weather, ….. after your initial food and water run out then what….. it is safe to say …. in your first 3 month you will not enjoy anything……..sustainability takes hard work all day, all week, and all month……. so before you take the big step … do you have money to buy your land and where are you going to move to, here in Florida there is no more cheep land……. my suggestion load up your van with a tent and food and water for 2 weeks and your compost toilet and… head south to Florida and take the off grid test on my property for free … after the first week you might have an idea if you have the skills to survive on your own …. contact me …. bob32175@aol.com ….. put “off-grid-bob” in the subject line …. Good luck and be happy …. Bob .. :)
