I would like to find other people who would benefit from creating an extended family that can help each other in all the ways we need help. I have 420 acres of land in New Mexico I would like to find others who would like to share living on this land. The home I want to build will be self sufficient green homes with wind and solar power. I’m single, 41. I graduated from nursing school in 1994. At this time I home school my youngest son and have since he was 11. If this sounds like something you would like to be part of then email me and we can talk more so I can answer any questions you might have. There’s even good hunting available with deer, antelope, rabbits, etc.. on the land. If you are interested in becoming a part of this type of life then get in touch with me soon.If you are interested and would like to share this land and feel you can contribute a little money every month to help make a community than contact me and we can exchange numbers to talk and see what we can work out to be partners in this new community I hope to establish. If anyone wants to trade phone numbers and talk on the phone then let me know. mdhunt70@yahoo.com [landbuddy_listing id=361 images=http://www.www.off-grid.net/wp-content/uploads/6f18dd077302c0ae70186897f8de25b6.jpg|http://www.www.off-grid.net/wp-content/uploads/ed36c8d73f6382185287154f50845c61.jpg|http://www.www.off-grid.net/wp-content/uploads/da9b7ba2c98feccb9e6e8875271b4b19.jpg youtube=null]

    Greetings.
I’m 49 and am almost to the point in my life where I can once again life for myself. I am at peace only when in nature. I am seeking a community — or group that we can grow into a community — that respect each other and the land. I love planting/growing various herbs, veggie, etc gardens, love to cook (sometimes), want to lean more, like making jams, raising bee hives, keeping chickens, building my own tiny living space and have a large common area with covered tables and. Outdoor grill, a couple of fire pits and anything/everything imaginative. I’m worn down from city living.
Should you be seeking people still, please email me. I would like to speak with you and even come see the place.

I look forward to speaking with you and getting to know you better.

    Hello,

I spent a year volunteering on Organic gardens to study sustainable living models. I went to Texas and traveled from east to west for that year and saw many different models, including communal living, since that is my eventual goal. I learned and saw a lot. I realized that it is not only possible but quite feasible. That lifestyle provides the quality of life I am seeking.

I have seen how I can enjoy what I do, every day, and have a simple life that I can be happy in. I look forward to finding my place and being welcomed into that peaceful existence. This has excited me about the next chapter in my interesting life, which has led me to drafting this email to see if we may want to work together to make our futures as enjoyable and productive as we can.

    Hopefully,
    P

    Hi,

Are you still looking for people? I am currently employed full-time as a teacher, but I no longer want to be part of a system where money is the highest value and where people are increasingly seen as commodities to be exploited. I am exploring options: small homes, green homes, off-grid living, shared space, whatever. I would love to hear about your situation and your vision for living. Thanks.

We have a group of people that are interested. I’m female 58 on disability with a pension, so I have a monthly income. I’m in healthy and get around fine, I can still do most of the things I always did except heavy lifting. My daughter 24, along with 3-6 of her friends are also interested. I believe at least 3 or 4 are healthy males, a couple of which hunt. We all are looking for like minded people to start or join a community. Please contact me if you are still looking for people because we are looking to make a move soon. Thanks, Stacy

Retired now and want to live the rest of my life as free as possible. On the grid is not making it.
Been on the road now for over five years, and I am looking to settle down. I hunt and fish.
I am 60 and self-sufficient monetarily. I am rich in knowledge, faith, and love for my fellow man. I want to trust my neighbor, not have to lock my door, help others when the need arises, but not feel being taken advantage of. I live by the same rules I taught my children,
1, if it’s not yours, leave it alone.
2, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything.
3 treat others as you what them to treat you.
I would expect no less. I live by Principles, and Honor.
I believe in the Constitution as it was written by the founders.
I don’t want to merely survive, but thrive.
I believe in capitalism and charity.
I believe in minding my own business. (Live and let Live)
I am a Christian, but will not push my beliefs onto others.
I will however share wisdom, knowledge, and philosophy. To those who have a yearning to learn.
I believe in community and fellowship. (No man is an island)
I may not like the way you live, or what you say, but I will defend those self-evident rights.
I was an electronics engineer so I have an analytical mind and am a good problem solver.
