[before_listing images= youtube=null] I am a military Vet who is tired of the Corporate life.
I am about ready to pull the trigger on a land purchase in Central East Arizona near Show Low.

This has been about 2 years in the making, first beginning as a group of Survivalists, then turning into something more serious for me when I discovered that Off-the-grid living is the ONLY way we can secure our future.

I chose this region for several factors. Warm summers (not baking hot like in Tuscon), Elevation provides more moisture and better tree coverage. Remoteness, WAY off the beaten track, but still close enough to civilization.

I believe time is short. I truly believe globally we’re heading for economic disaster and those are not prepared will face a very uncertain future.

I have a fragmented group of interested people right now. Most are quite interested, but unfortunately they are all from Missouri! They need me to show them….hehehe.

I’m looking for leadership first, followers second. I need a strong leadership team who will not shy away from the difficult decisions and I need leaders with true people skills. If we can’t lead a group now, then we’ll have major trouble on the farm.

I’m not opposed to suggestions of alternate locations, my mind is being kept open at this point.

Please get in touch as soon as practical! I expect to swing the hammer and get a property secured by April 1st of 2014!

Happy New Year everyone!

Kind Regards,

I’m curious if this is still a possibility. I have a large family of 6-10 (depending on job availability nearby) who would love to join this, if it’s an open join. Please let me know!

My name is Mike I am a personal trainer and Boot camp instructor from New York City. Just checked out your website thoroughly.
But I still have loads of questions:
Would you take payment in full instead of the monthly Payments? I’m trying to quit the dependency on currency. And if you allow people to pay in large chunks it will help you pay off the property quicker you might even have extra leftover to dig Wells\water catchment systems and purchased some solar panels for people who don’t have any.
Would you sell off a small piece of property for someone to raise chickens\goats\ducks\rabbits for the entire community? Also willing to trade meat for veggies.
Can a person purchase of a prefabricated cabin and have brought to the property?
Are there any reverse or streams in your area that have good fishing? Even a big lake will do, if it’s legal to stock. I have more questions but I don’t want to waste your time if you said no to any of the ones above.
