I have bought some land in mid Devon, near the coast – and want to get together with a couple of others to plant trees, build a couple of sheds and try to get a small community going.
Its a beautiful space, tucked away, very rural and I want it to remain tranquil, and free of dispute or politics.
If you are open-minded, radical and enjoy friendly company and good times, then that is more important than your specific beliefs or lifestyle. All are welcome as long as you also believe that all are welcome.
I am good at things like planning permission and getting on with the neighbours, and I am looking for people with land skills and crafts like carpentry to team up with – also food preparation and teaching skills as we will be trying to sell produce and also educate local people in off-grid ways.
