Many opportunities for someone who will help us create a retreat/intentional community. Senior man and woman full time here with several part time participants. We will become our own municipality as soon as we get enough people involved. Some small housing available but nothing at all fancy or large. If you will come we will build it! 8 acres mountain land with cedars and pines surrounded by BLM land - lots of sand too. Several fruit trees - chickens - and I just finished one greenhouse heated with a rocket stove. Plan to have milk goats, honey bees, and loads of fresh organic vegetables - planted many yesterday in greenhouse. Yes it snows here and that is great for nature so we deal with it. I first considered AZ for watmer climate but that led to lack of water - we have a great very deep well.
