		<description>This is a hard pill to swallow Superjoe. We do not like to admit that our portfolio&#039;s are overvalued and our homes are undervalued. I am a firm believer in attempting to see the opportunity in every situation. I do not think that land values will dip incredibly lower, but I do think that individual positions will continue to settle. This settling process is what I think will create the unique opportunities for picking up land at a discount. Thank you for the discussion. Michael</description>

I saw the first housing crash coming &amp; got out &amp; have been waiting for the 2nd crash that we know is coming.  I have no financial expertise or training. I don&#039;t have an MBA from harvard. Just a healthy disrespect for the existing crazy system.

It shows you how little governments, economists, bankers and financial gurus really know which is of course why we are in the mess we are in.</description>
