		<description>$2000 per season per person... whoa. No wonder the powerplant makes a difference. What did they get their heating out of in the first place? Why not curb use rather than sustain that enormous production?</description>

		<description>Many people don&#039;t factor in all the true costs of purchasing a solar system.  If you have to borrow money, then you need to factor in the costs of borrowing. If you use credit cards, get a separate loan, attach it to your property taxes, refinance &amp; bundle the loan into a mortgage, etc. there are extra costs that needs to be taken into consideration.  For ex. if you put a $34k system on a 12% interest credit card and pay the minimums each month, you will end up paying $17k in interest and it will take you 50 years to pay off. If you are lucky enough to have cash on hand, then of course this would not apply to you. If you are adding it to your property taxes, you will be paying on that for as long as you own the house.</description>
