Does the state of colorado think it ownes the water falling from the sky?
I have heard some pretty strange ideas comming outta colorado,but this is crazy. So why not just rename Colorado it little California and then we wouldnt be supprised at all and they can do what ever they want.</description>

		<description>Regarding the Lake Mead number, I wonder how the recent rain squalls Colorado has been having of late will affect that figure.  A co-worker who just visited family out there said that the state has had more rain than it&#039;s had in more than 100 years.

I didn&#039;t know about Colorado&#039;s draconian rainwater collection laws--thanks for the info.  And I certainly hope the state changes its mind, soon, as water is far too precious a resource to be wasted.</description>
