First off, there is no Victoria Island. It's called Vancouver Island. Victoria (which is our provincial capital) is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. Lastly, you may be hard pressed in hearing from people from "'Couver", as I was born and raised in this area and have never once heard it referred to as that. um, without taking anything away from your message of grants for solar system installations I feel the need to clarify some of your facts.
