For the past 15 years our family has been living off the grid and in the fall we stock up on canned goods that we don't produce ourselves. It looks like current economic times is causing the same effect on may other families, stocking up Of course the root cellar is overflowing and we can meat and all the garden veggies we can, but our son likes Spam too, and on Saturdays he makes lunch, Kraft Dinner and fried spam sandwiches usually.
