Canned Butter

Did you know that you can CAN butter? The really great thing about this is you don’t have to refrigerate it, even after it has been opened (as long as you use it in a reasonable amount of time). Nope, I haven’t tried it, maybe I’ll try it when I get back… ohhhh you put up a pic! Finally, I get to see what you look like, good lookin’ pic there! :)

Wretha, I too read that post about canning butter, great idea I think. When I can catch some on sale I’m gonna stock up and give it a try. I thought that was pretty cool.
