I'm not sure how my mother felt about that. :)<br/><br/>I have a neighbor who is off-grid... he uses some 5-watt florescent bulbs that screw into regular light sockets. I found that to keep the florescent glowing you had to kill the bug at the time it was lit. You could then spread it's florescence like paint.
