Why does no company make these?? There are several articles online about these absorbtion systems, but only Robur, who makes systems that are way too large for most people to use.

Does anyone make one of these in the 24,000 to 36,000 BTU range??

I've been trying to locate gas fired absorption chiller equipment for use in cooling a residence. All I've been able to locate is something produced by Robur at 5 or 6 times the cost of standard air conditioning. Are there any reasonable priced units located in the Ontario Canada region and where can I get this information.
Thanks. DJ.

Can a hot water solar system, with storage temperatures in the 100 F to 170 F degree range be used as either the sole or partial heat source for an ammonia-water absorption heat pump for home baseboard heating?
