Nan, thanks, I would recycle coffee grounds IF I drank enough coffee to do that, my hubby drinks tons but he prefers instant. I prefer brewed, but drink it maybe once or twice a month, that’s why I don’t mind using the fresh stuff. :)

I read your entire site! Very good.

My husband and I lived off grid totally (no lines from utility) for over 5 years. We are not living there now as we went over the road driving truck for 3 – 1/2 years and just got back here to Central NY after growing tired of the gypsy life. :-)

We are not moving back to our little cabin that we built on our 14 acres until we build another house there. We have a barn. The cabin is far too rustic and it is just too hard to do it here in central NY state unless you have a really good setup. Heating in winter is a big issue!

Anyway, good luck in your endeavors.
