Courgettes ??? zucchini we grow several hundred pounds each year in our garden both green and the yellow variety in a 12 by 12 plot. If you have very wet conditions or wet and cool the yellow/golden do better with less Bloom rot and can be stored in cool dark place for up to 6 months (some make it longer) They are so versatile and can be used in everything from bread/cake/salad to soup and of course as a vegetable. A word of caution they can take up quite a bit of space while growing and we can get 10+ pound fruit in our short Canadian summer. Enjoy we love them
