The land is part marsh and the rest are rolling hills with quite a few boulders and we are clearing pathways to find the ideal spot. Do you have any suggestions as to how we can find a spot. I'm hoping to set up an RV to be off the grid, pick up a couple acres or more, the RV with gasoline generator (have an Onan to install in the RV) a small wood stove for some heat and cooking. would like to start small on the Solar and keep adding to it, along with wind turbine(s). Also a small green house and a large garden, possibly a few chickens but that's as close to a farm as I'm looking to go... also into prospecting, fishing, beach combing and hiking, so plan on spending a lot of free time doing those as well.
