normal, every day, cheap dehumidifiers already do this - we can get 2 gallons a day out of thin air with our dehumidifier in our basement.

Hopefully this technology or an off-shoot from it will help farmers in drying out parts of America find ways to irrigate their fields! We need to turn the heat from sunlight into water good enough for plants to survive as a nation! Huge Nuclear powered pumps, desalination plants and irrigation pipes make more sense than the killing in Afghanistan for Turkmenistan's oil fields, especially since they are already claimed by China, and tha is a war we do not want! Why can'r we Americans stay at home and build our own nation? Why must we scour the world for oil? Algae based bio-diesel is at hand but we rather kill for foreign oil? The California coast goes dry - we fight in Afghanistan? Priorities of the People? Out the corporate window! Why vote? we are screwed anyway!
