They blame voters, but yet I agree it's the "big dogs" that need to smarten up. What disappoints me is each time there's an election, it's only the two big political parties that get all the attention and all the votes. So I guess in a way, the people are responsible because they're not giving the smaller political parties the chance they deserve to run a country. Perhaps if such a party did get into office those changes we all yearn for would finally come to pass.
