		<description>We, as individuals, need to pressure the government more and more about the importance of protecting whatever reserves we have left, including water.  They blame voters, but yet I agree it&#039;s the &quot;big dogs&quot; that need to smarten up.  What disappoints me is each time there&#039;s an election, it&#039;s only the two big political parties that get all the attention and all the votes.  So I guess in a way, the people are responsible because they&#039;re not giving the smaller political parties the chance they deserve to run a country.  Perhaps if such a party did get into office those changes we all yearn for would finally come to pass.</description>
