I discovered freecycle about a month or so ago and since then have unloaded quite a number of items otherwise destined for the dump. Works like a charm; typically you’ll get at least a dozen takers for your item within an hour of posting it.

Off-Grid philosophy is really beautiful, and fits right in with Freecycle. It is no good looking at negative side. If we all do what we can, then we will live in abetter world. We cannot be stopped because some people dont agree with us.
