Off-Grid loves any excuse to kick back and enjoy the view, and design team The Collaborators have made it possible to do that just about anywhere. Their Pods come in all shapes and sizes, and they allow you to create your own space and relax, wherever you can find a place to hang your pod.

Life’s a Pod
Transported in its own flat carrying case and coined “The seat to watch the apocalypse by”, all you have to do is find a nice tree or girder and swing whenever you feel inspired. The new Love Pods, described as the ultimate cradle for grown ups has much less touchy feely origins. We re-interpreted military materials in celebration of our living environment, but the Love pod, in collaboration with Maharishi, is something new. The pod, which can hold 2/3 adults, (kids, see what you can manage), has water resistant camouflaged covers, goose down filled. It can be purchased with an optional tent like cover for extra privacy or a mosquito net for extra protection.
It costs 950 ($1710) excluding tax and shipping and is built for both indoor and outdoor use. They can offer a bespoke service to your specific design. If you like the idea but fancy something a bit more earthy, then the woven pod seats six to eight and can be ordered in all natural materials, from1650.
