Recipe$ 4 $urvival, Utilitarian Cooking and Much More by Donna Goldman
The aim is that mo more than four dollars is spent on additional ingredients for any dish . We assume you have a basic kitchen with salt pepper, oil, etc.
The importance of being mindful and resourceful is reiterated during each recipe. We hope to share that the simple act of cooking, like writing or working out, is a physical meditation as well as a concrete act of caring for one’s soul. A bit of what I refer to as Kitchen Dharma is gracefully touched upon in each episode. The kitchen, like a studio, becomes not only a sacred place of offerings but a time and place for transformation.
